Reservation Policy
A deposit, equal to the amount of two nights’ accommodation, is required to guarantee your reservation, upon confirmation for availability. This deposit will be deducted from your valid credit card, so the booking procedure can continue.

By sending your Credit Card information you authorize the specific hotel of reservation to charge your major credit
card the amount of deposit.

Your reservation is active when you receive the Voucher
by e-mail or fax.
In case there is no answer to our Hotel Availability Confirmation within one week, the reservation will
be cancelled.
 

Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation you accept that, if you decide to cancel your reservation, a written notice is to be e-mailed or faxed to the hotel. If you cancel your reservation more than14 days prior to your arrival day, a service charge fee of 10% will be deducted from your refund deposit.
If, however, you notify the hotel of your intention to cancel less than 14 days prior to your arrival, no deposit will be refunded.



Rates Policy
Rates posted on our Web-site are valid only to reservations booked and confirmed through this Web-site, otherwise
official rates of Cyclades hotel will apply.
